Als Werkstudent:in im agilen Projektmanagement unterstützt du die Koordination unserer Softwareentwicklung über vier Teams hinweg. Du stellst sicher, dass die Planung jederzeit transparent, aktuell und mit der technischen Realität abgestimmt ist. Deine Arbeit ermöglicht eine effiziente Umsetzung in einem schnell wachsenden Space Startup.

Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt Roadmap auf Basis des Inputs technischer Expert:innen und Team Leads
Laufende Aktualisierung der Planung bei Änderungen, Verzögerungen und Abhängigkeiten
Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Sprint Meetings wie Planning, Review und Retrospektive
Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Abstimmung über vier Entwicklungsteams hinweg
Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung unseres schlanken Scrum Setups
Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben und Sicherstellung von Follow ups
Dokumentation zentraler Entscheidungen und Kommunikation an relevante Stakeholder
Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering und weiteren Funktionen

Dein Profil

Must Haves

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Klare Kommunikation und Fähigkeit zur Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
Interesse an agilen Methoden und Projektmanagement
Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu steuern
Gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice to haves

Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Scrum oder vergleichbaren agilen Methoden
Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder ähnlichen Systemen
Grundverständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
Interesse an der Raumfahrt oder der New Space Branche

Your mission

As a Working Student in Agile Project Management, you support the coordination of our software development across four teams. You ensure that planning remains transparent, up to date, and aligned with technical reality. Your work enables efficient delivery in a fast growing space startup building software for satellite operators.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Own and maintain the product roadmap by consolidating input from technical experts and team leads
Continuously update planning based on changes, delays, and dependencies
Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on sprint ceremonies including planning, review, and retrospectives
Ensure alignment and transparency across four development teams
Support and improve our lightweight Scrum setup
Track action items and ensure follow ups are completed
Document key decisions and keep relevant stakeholders informed
Act as a central coordination point between engineering and other functions

Your profile

Must Haves

Enrolled student, ideally in engineering, business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
Clear communication and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Interest in agile methodologies and project management
Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
Good command of English

Nice to haves

First practical experience with Scrum or similar agile frameworks
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or comparable systems
Basic understanding of software development workflows
Interest in the space sector or New Space industry
